What are your benches made from?

• Our benches are made from Western Red Cedar (Thuja plicata) An evergreen coniferous from the cyprus family Cupressaceae that’s indigenous to the Pacific North West. They’re finished with a rubbed on Oli-Natura oil that helps to both protect the benches and accentuate their amazing profiles

• The dimensions of the benches are:

  Length - 20” (51 cm)

  Width - 9” (23 cm)

  Height - 7.75” (20 cm)

  This comfortable, accommodating size will work for all kinds of bodies and butts!

Where are your benches made?

• They’re made on lovely Vancouver Island in the province of B.C.

Where do you ship to?

• We’re currently set up to ship across North America and we’re happy to price out anywhere else in the world!

Can’t I just use a pillow, a chair, or lay in savasana?

• Unfortunately no! Through rigorous testing and in-house studies we’ve concluded that using The Bliss Bench is absolutely the best path forward to meeting all of your meditative needs
